Cleaning of domestic water systems
When faced with partially blocked, corroded or scaled pipes, complete cleaning is essential and remains 20 times more economical than replacing the pipes (which leads to very considerable inconvenience for owners and tenants).
The Dipanol A 102 product is injected into the pipe, in a closed circuit, for as long as is necessary to clean all the pipes and free them of any oxidation, scale and obstruction. This physical/chemical process comprises an initial neutralisation phase, followed by rinsing to obtain water which is purified, clear and above all perfectly healthy in terms of drinkability (pH between 7.2 and 7.8).
Particle filtration :
Installing a particle filter, the neutralising effect of which eliminates the problem of iron intake in your domestic water systems, is essential. The filter protects your pipes against any impurity and must imperatively be installed on the main cold water inlet of your installations.
Corrosion protection :
This patented technology involves volumetric pulse injection of a DIPAN 2020 protective coating (see if link with FOPH certificate) (checked and approved by the Federal Office of Public Health). It is thus directly solubilised in the water and attaches itself to the internal walls of the pipes, forming a dynamic protective layer. The corrosive action of the oxygen is thus completely eliminated and the mineral substances remain in the dissolved state, preventing any future corrosion or oxidation and prolonging the service life of your pipes by several decades.
The total absence of leaks after work on the domestic water systems is guaranteed by a 10-year warranty.
A control sleeve in the form of a cut in a pipe will be installed by us with the aim of offering you not only total transparency concerning the results of the cleaning of your pipes but also a view of the internal effectiveness of the corrosion treatment.
Scale protection, softener :
Installing a softener allows you to filter any calcareous element directly at the main cold water inlet of your building.
Resin softeners function according to a simple principle: the water passes through a chamber filled with porous resin micro-beads (food grade PVC). On its way through, the limescale contained in the water (CaCO3-) exchanges its Ca- (calcium) ion for an Na++ (sodium) ion. The Ca ion is left trapped by the resins. The water is thus freed of limescale. The sodium ions, for their part, are carried along with the drinking water and consumed at the same time.
Unfortunately, the capture of the Ca- ions by the resins does not last forever. The micro-beads gradually become saturated and the device becomes ineffective. The resins must therefore be regularly “regenerated”. For this purpose, a solenoid valve device temporarily isolates the chamber containing the beads and bathes them in the salty water. The salt (NaCI) supplies them with the new Na++ ions and frees them of the Ca- ions.
The resins are then rinsed automatically by the softener. This phase is essential to avoid sending salty water into the home’s water network. This regeneration cycle, which is carried out at night, takes on average 2 hours (depends on the volume of water, the home and the annual consumption).
