Answering directly to our Deputy Director, you will be in charge, after training and an initiation period, of implementing our strategy in French-speaking Switzerland, in line with fixed budget and profitability targets. As an autonomous and responsible individual, you will take over commercial development, with the help of the current team, and you will directly manage our large accounts. You will manage and coordinate the teams working on the ground (diagnoses and maintenance), ensuring quality and complete customer satisfaction, and you will be our representative in this market.

Profile: 

Engineer or equivalent, technical and commercial training ideally in the heating, ventilation and plumbing field, you must already have profits centre experience in a field comparable to ours. With excellent knowledge of the market and benefiting from an extensive network in French-speaking Switzerland, you understand marketing approaches, in which you have a proven track record. As a recognised leader, you are very much at ease in relations with all types of people and you know how to motivate teams to reach ambitious targets. You are an excellent organiser and planner, ambitious and credible, and you want to join a company with high potential, which values the quality of human relations.
